Development and construction of a new standalone modern residential home, including design coordination, construction management and delivery through to completion and final sale.

Level 6 was demolished and rebuilt to create a new high-end commercial office floor. The remaining five office levels were also renovated to modernise the building and upgrade the office spaces.

Construction and commercial fit-out of a specialized dog training facility, including custom-built life-size mock-up environments designed to simulate real-world public settings.

Flood remediation and restoration of a school facility following extensive water damage. The works included demolition of damaged flooring, wall linings and insulation, drying and preparation of affected areas, and full reinstatement of internal finishes to restore the building to operational condition.

Construction of specialised isolation kennels for the Blind Dog facility. Works included timber wall framing, internal partitions, ceiling framing and linings, soffits, and installation of external cladding to form secure kennel spaces for holding and managing blind dogs.

Reconstruction of a residential property after fire damage to the second floor, including architectural design, council consent approval, demolition, rebuild and final sale of the completed house.
